4-story (plus raised basement) Greek-revival residential building completed in 1846 as a townhouse for Moses Parker. Despite alterations, this house retains many important features of its original style — the cornice with modillions, a complete set of iron railings and the inner doorway. It is three bays wide, clad in red brick above a brownstone basement. Tucked into the right side of the basement is a door leading to the passage to a rear building. A renovation completed in 1969 resulted in a single family home with an apartment in the basement. In the mid-1970's the lower section was used as the Dharmadhatu, or Buddist Meditation Center. The house was last remodeled in 1998, divided into two duplex apartments with a "recreation room" in the basement level.
