6-story residential building originally completed in 1931 as a truck garage. In 1983 the architectural firm of Stephen B Jacobs added floors and converted the building into residential condominiums, with a new atrium, 68 luxury residential units (including some duplexes) and commercial space. The facade is clad in white brick. The top floor is setback behind balconies and terraces and has angled skylight windows.
