4-story residential building completed in 1840 as a 3-story private house. Originally, the house was much shallower, with a yard between it and a small building at the rear of the lot; a one-story extension now occupies this space. The building is clad in red brick, with windows diminishing in height as they ascend. The present roof cornice of sheet metal was added when the building was raised to four stories. The ground floor is occupied by Smorgas Chef, a Scandinavian mini-chain.
