6-story residential building completed in 1887 as a 5-story apartment house. Designed by Konenburger & Stark, it was later raised an additional floor and crowned by a high brick parapet. The facade is clad in red brick with terra-cotta decorations, displayed in ornamental band courses, prominent window lintels, and panels. The entrance was renovated in the mid-1900s with a green granite frame and modern doorway.
