Four 4-story French Second Empire-style residential buildings completed together in 1868. Designed by D. & J. Jardine, each house is clad in orange brick (painted dark red at No. 345) above brownstone basements (except the corner building, which has a ground-level storefront in place of a basement). All are crowned by a mansard roof at the top floor.
Of the row, No. 349 is the best preserved, displaying a segmental-arched doorway with entablature. The mansard roofs are placed above a continuous roof cornice with modillions. The ground floor of the corner building is occupied by Tipton Charles Ltd., spa products.
