A pair of 3-story residential buildings completed in 1842 and 1845. They are clad in the same red brick, and have a fine unifying cornice with modillions and dentils. Perhaps because of the shape of the lots, the windows are spaced unusually far apart, making them different from any others nearby. The ground floors are occupied by Manley's Wines & Spirits, and Organic Avenue.
