5-story Queen Anne-style cooperative-apartment building completed in 1884. Designed by James E. Ware, it is clad in bright red brick, eight bays wide, with a stone ground floor and large eared window lintels. The lintels of the 4th floor are connected to form a band course, and the top floor windows are separated by pilasters and crowned by a plain cornice with modillions and plain brick fascia. The ground floor is occupied by Caserta Eye, Soapology, and Tiziano Zorzan boutique.
