4-story residential building originally completed in 1841 as a pair of townhouses. Clad in orange brick above brownstone basements, they were combined into an apartment building in the late 1800s. The windows have brown cornices, with wooden exterior shutters on two of the ground floor windows. The roof line is crowned by a pair of white metal dentiled cornices.
