4-story residential building originally competed in the 1880s. Remodeled in 1950, it presents a very similar appearance to that of its larger neighbor on the corner, clad in the same dark red brick. In an attempt to simulate unified appearance despite very different floor levels, No. 241 has only three thin, white band courses and they are near the lintels, thus approximating the levels in the larger building. The windows are paired at both sides of the facade with two singles in the center. The facade is heavily covered in climbing ivy.
