Designed by Kossar & Garry Architects, the project replaced a 2-story taxi garage, which served as the exterior setting for the television series "Taxi". The Kimberley has 22 condominium units, and is clad in dark red brick with stone band courses to blend with the surrounding architecture. The roof has a parapet of alternating brick and stone sections. The ground floor is occupied by a Rite-Aid pharmacy.
