5-story residential building originally completed in 1832 as a 3.5-story townhouse with basement. As seen today, it is five stories high including its mansard roof. The first floor and basement have been converted to all-glass shop fronts. A heavy, bracketed cornice adorns the top of the fourtit floor, just below the mansard roof. The facade is clad in orange brick, with green exterior shutters. The building has been converted to apartments, and the ground floor is occupied by Westgate Cleaners.
