3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1847 on a newly created lot, by Levi Onderdonk, a carpenter, for his own residence. Greek Revival in character are the doorway, the ironwork at the stoop and areaway, and the short fascia board below the cornice. The building now contains apartments.
