This building was originally built as an American Country Buffet. After that closed, Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant opened in the building. When that moved, the building became Gecko's Grill and Pub. It then became Big Daddy's Surf Bar & Grill, which was renamed Big D's Bar & Grill. The owner eventually closed that business, and remodeled the building to become Shotgun Sally's Rock 'N' Roll Saloon.
