 apartment building, 1820s construction

3-story residential building originally completed in 1829 as a 2.5-story townhouse for Gilbert Chichester. By mid-century, it was a saloon and in 1874 it became a drug store and one-family dwelling. Extensive alterations took place again in 1902, raising it to three full floors. As seen today, the center window has been removed at each floor on the Hudson Street front and a restaurant has been added at the ground floor. Red brick remains on the ground floor, while the two upper floors have been painted blue-grey. The ground floor is occupied by Barrow's Pub.
