4-story residential building originally completed in 1827 as a 2.5-story late Federal-era house, one of a row of six. It was later raised to four floors and converted to apartments. The facade is clad in red brick, topped by a heavy bracketed cornice, painted green. The prominent window lintels are also painted green. The ground floor is occupied by Paint Box Art & Framing.
