160-foot, 14-story modernist residential building completed in 2015. Designed by BKSK Architects, the tower portion is setback atop a 2-story retail and amenities base, clad in variegated limestone, steel and glass. The building contains 25 condominium units, topped by a triplex penthouse. The building achieves its futuristic look via irregular window placements and extruded metallic rooftop elements, combined with green space throughout. Because the building has no tall neighbors, the design provides natural light in nearly all rooms, including bathrooms and kitchens. An underground parking garage is also incorporated into the building.
