6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1901. Designed by W.C. Dickerson, it is clad in tan brick above ground-floor storefronts. The second floor corners are ornamented with brick quoins and the windows have splayed lintels. A decorative band course separates the 2nd & 3rd floors, and a narrow cornice separates the 5th & 6th. The building is capped by a heavy modillioned cornice above arched 6th floor windows. Ivy covers part of the north and east faces of the building. The ground floor is occupied by R.S. Cleaners & Laundry, and Casa Brazilian restaurant.
