6-story residential building completed in 1925. Designed by Charles B. Meyers as a twin to 85 Barrow Street,directly to the north. Both buildings were changed from apartments to condominiums in the late 1900s. Is it clad in dark reddish-brown brick, with segmental-arched doorways framed in the same brick. The top floor is separated by a thin band course, and has several arched windows framed in stone, above which are small balustrades breaking the roof parapet. The ground floor is occupied by Tuto Benne Pizza, King Deli, and Henrietta Hudson Bar & Girl.
