12-story Chicago-School-style residential building completed in 1912 for Martha and Agnes Hall. Designed by Jardine, Kent & Hill as on office building called the Waverly Building. It is seven-sided, with two main facades angled to reflect the bend in the street. The first two floors are of smooth stone (ashlar) construction with deep window reveals and a handsome door with small window above. The upper floors are of buff-colored brick with an interesting arrangement of vertical piers contrasted with the horizontality of the windows and the brick spandrel panels below them.

In 2006, it was converted to condominiums, with 20 units, by architects BKSK. Its exposed watertank was removed in the conversion to make room for a roof deck.
