This was a Midland Continental Railroad loading station built about 1920 in Section 4-140-62, Spiritwood Township four miles north-northwest of Spiritwood. It was named for J. A. Johnson, an area farmer, and is sometimes shown as Johnson Spur and Johnson's. No development took place at the site, although a population of 15 was reported in 1960.
