6-story office building originally completed in 1845 as a 4-story townhouse. An early Twentieth Century remodeling introduced a basement entrance, and the building was raised to six floors and refaced in multi-hued brick. A further remodeling in 1969 altered the ground floor yet again with a recessed doorway on the right and a broad stone band across the ground level, and converted the interior to office space, mostly for medical purposes. The three bays of windows have simple stone sills and lintels. At the roof line there is a stone coping, with the ends extending up above, and a metal railing in between.
