5-story modern residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Richard A. Cook of Cook+Fox Architects, the Jefferson Court project involved the renovation and restoration of an 1863 Carriage House at 134 W. 10th Street, and a new ground up development at 11 Christopher Street. The site runs through the block from 10th Street to Christopher Street and is now connected by the 8000 sq. ft. Village Infant Center.

The facade on Christopher Street has a central, projecting portion clad in red brick with metal window railings. A narrow strip of the west side of the facade, and a wider section of the east are clad in reddish-grey brick, with slate covering the top floor. The ground floor is occupied by Doodle Doo's children's salon.

The stable/carriage house on West 10th was originally designed by Charles Wright. It is clad in red brick with broad, white stone sills and framing lintels. The fenestration is all single windows, with the exception of a double French window on the east side of the 3rd floor - this may have originally been a hay loft. The roofline is crowned by a bracketed and dentilled cornice topped by a triangular pediment. The building later became a garage, before being recently converted to condominiums as part of the Jefferson Court project.
