Also known as the Dorothy I. Height Building. The Late Victorian-style office building was constructed in 1860 and currently houses the National Council of Negro Women. The Central National Bank name refers to the building's second use as a bank. It was originally the St. Marc Hotel, with a liquor store on the first floor.
