5-story residential building completed in 1846 as a 3.5-story townhouse for William Wagstaff. It was completed remodeled in 1920 with a new 5-story facade of light-grey smooth stucco. There are triple windows are the left side of the facade and singles on the right. The top of the wall, just above the top floor windows, is crowned by a dentiled cornice. The building was converted to condominiums in the late 1900s.
