10-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1896. Designed by Barney & Chapman, it was known as the Revillon Building, presumably named for relation to Revillon Frères. The facade is five bays wide; the 2-story granite base features Ionic columns at the ground floor (now obscured at the top by signage), with bracketed and paneled columns at the 2nd. The main entrance is in the eastern bay, with a carved surround and cast-iron transom grille.

The upper floors are clad in coursed tan brick, with the 3rd floor featuring terra-cotta bands and splayed lintels topped by a band course with a Greek-fret design. The floors above have molded window sills and lintels in continuous terra-cotta bands. There is a decorative molding above the 9th floor. The most notable feature are the colossal caryatids on the top floor. The elaborate roof cornice has consoles, dentils, egg-and-dart molding, and masks.

The east elevation is faced in brick and cement stucco, with a few windows in the center of the wall, and two bays of windows toward the rear. The back wall has wrought-iron fire escape. The upper west elevation is a plain brick wall.
