6-story Neo-Classical office building completed in 1919. Designed by Eisendrath & Horowitz as a store-and-lofts building, its facade is clad in light-grey terra-cotta with decorative friezes above the 2nd floor, and on the spandrels between the upper floors. The upper floors are split into two bays with four windows each. The roof cornice features foliated brackets, a carved frieze, and egg-and-dart moldings.
