5-story office building originally completed in 1865 as a 4-story brownstone townhouse. It was converted to a store and multiple dwelling in 1885 as the neighborhood was beginning to become more commercial, and was given a completely new brick facade in 1947, designed by Melrose House Wreckers.

It is clad in tan brick above a tall, black iron and glass ground-floor storefront framed by paneled columns. The ground floor has four narrow, tall windows, and a narrow, recessed entry at the south end. The 2nd floor has a large studio window situated low on the upper facade. The top floors each have 4-paned ribbon windows with thin, projecting surrounds. At the top of the facade is a simple roof parapet with a wrought-iron railing. The ground floor is occupied by Kraam Thai restaurant, with Lashes on 5th on the 2nd floor.
