5-story office building completed in the mid-1800s as a brownstone townhouse. By 1909, storefronts had been installed on its first two floors, while its upper floors had been converted to lofts. The building's three upper floors were converted into apartments in 1916, remaining in that use until 1953, when they were made into offices. The facade's original Italianate detail was removed, its brownstone covered with cement-stucco, and the current 2-story Moderne-style black granite storefront was installed in 1981.

The upper floors have three bays of segmental-arched windows, much shorter on the top floor. The ground floor is occupied by Man Hing Import.
