5-story Art-Deco office building originally completed in the mid-1800s as two houses. They were joined internally in 1885 and given new unified facades in 1926 by Greene & Kitzler, after which the building was used as stores, showrooms and a factory. The building is clad in light grey brick with diamond shaped in the spandrels between floors. It has one wide bay on Fifth Avenue with five windows, and five such bays on 27th Street.

The building was occupied by the Knickerbocker Trust Co. in the early 20th century. At this address, Enrico Caruso recorded the first million-selling record - Vesti La Giubba" from Il Pagliacci. The ground floor, which is painted dark-grey, is currently occupied by Hookah Plus, and a Chipotle restaurant.
