4-story office building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a townhouse. It was later converted to stores and lofts, with new facades installed in 1919, and again in 1985 - this one composed of off-white brick. The front facade is three bays wide, with square windows and a stone coping at the roof line. The south elevation is beige cement stucco with small windows at the top floor. The ground floor is occupied by Sweetgreen restaurant.
