5-story early-modern office building originally completed in 1881 as a store designed by James Stroud. The building was completely renovated with a new facade in 1959 by Telchin & Campanella, and was converted to offices. The glass and metal facade has prominent vertical bands of red (and one black) intersecting black spandrels. There is a black metal fire escape on the south facade. The ground floor was occupied by Deli Day, Hair Palace, Broadway Wireless, Omi Perfume, and Lita Trading Corp. The sole ground floor tenant is now Cha Cha Matcha.
