5-story early-modern office building originally completed in 1881 as a store designed by James Stroud. The building was completely renovated with a new facade in 1959 by Telchin & Campanella, and was converted to offices. The glass and metal facade has prominent vertical bands of red (and one black) intersecting black spandrels. There is a black metal fire escape on the south facade. The ground floor is occupied by Lita Trading Corp, Cha Cha Matcha, Pastagasm, and Oakberry Acai Bowls.
