4-story Romanesque-revival office building originally completed in 1854 as a rowhouse. In 1886, a new rough-faced limestone-ashlar facade designed by DeLemos & Cordes was installed, and the ground floor was converted to a store. The 3rd floor features an arch containing carved letters reading "Wallace & Co.", one of the first commercial tenants. In 1907, the upper floors were converted to salesrooms and manufacturing lofts, and by 1915, they were in use as offices. The upper floors have three bays of windows, with a joined sill below those on the 3rd floor, and a sill course all the way across the top floor. The ground floor is occupied by Rico Wholesale.
