5-story office building completed in 1854 as a rowhouse. It was later converted to commercial uses and given an entirely new facade in 1990. The ground floor has a metal-and-glass storefront with a recessed entrance and a very narrow entry to a stairway to the upper floors at the north side. The upper floors are faced in white pre-cast concrete with large, metal-framed windows, four to each floor. The ground floor is occupied by Angelano beauty shop.
