6-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1903. Designed by J.C. Cooker as a store-and-loft building, it housed suit merchants, upholsterers, and restaurants, before being converted to offices in the later 20th century. The 3-bay facade is clad in red-painted brick. The ground-floor storefront consists of a large central display window with original wood detail and new plate glass, capped with transoms and a door to either side. A red metal cornice separates the shopfront from the 2nd floor.

The central bay contains two windows with metal sheathing separated by a thin mullion. Each flanking bay contains one such window. The bays are crowned by voussoirs and keystones. This treatment continues through the 6th floor. A frieze containing triglyphs supports the dentiled metal cornice that caps the building. A black iron fire escape extends from the roof to the 2nd floor, spanning the full facade. The ground floor is occupied by La Comida tapas bar.
