10-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1908. Designed by Samuel Sass as a store-and-loft building, it is four bays wide. An iron fire escape runs down the length of the building's stone-and-brick facade. Two rooftop water towers are visible from the street, above a black metal roof cornice. Early tenants included many cloak and suit merchants. It was converted to condominiums around 1990.
