10-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1906. Designed by George H. Anderson as a store-and-loft building, it has a limestone facade, designed with a 2-story base, a 6-story midsection, and a 2-story attic; the sections are separated by simple limestone belt-courses. The building has a very noticeable tilt to the left, but is stable. It was converted to condominiums sometime in the late 1900s.
The 2-story rusticated limestone base has a recent glass and stucco storefront with signs at the 1st floor and a 3-bay 2nd floor with single pane windows under transoms, separated by heavy cast-iron mullions. The window opening in the western bay has been cut lower for the installation of a metal fire door leading to the fire escape.
There are three windows at each floor from the 3rd to the 8th, and four in each of the 9th & 10th floors. Limestone mullions separate the windows at each floor. The three mullions at the 10th floor have small capitals, and there are four rectangular panels outlined in the spandrel below the 10th floor. The ground floor is occupied by Karaoke One7.
