Potash mine operated by Mosaic. It appears to have its own airstrip to the south, but I can't find it on the Wikipedia list of Saskatchewan airports.

Together, the two mines K-1 and K-2 form the largest potash producer in the world with a combined capacity of 5.3 million tonnes of potash per year.
