4-story academic building originally completed as a row of mid-19th century Italianate townhouses, that were joined internally and given a new facade by Fritz Nathan in 1960. This new facade spans 21 bays, clad in tan brick with a checkerboard pattern of raised horizontal brick bands. A copper roof cornice caps the facade. After the renovation, the building was occupied by Hartz Mountain Company, and then converted to offices. It is now occupied by Grace Church School after being vacated by NYU in 2007. Alspector Architecture performed interior alterations shortly thereafter.
