Former Thomas Nelson Publishers distribution center until late 2013 is now a luxury indoor valet parking garage for the Nashville International Airport travelers.

The 277,300 sq. ft warehouse was put on the market when HarperCollins Publishers LLC bought the religious publisher Thomas Nelson Publishers in 2011. As a result, the employers started to leave the facility in late 2012, leading to the closure of the warehouse months later. In the same year, HarperCollins combined Thomas Nelson and Zondervan, creating a new publishing company HarperCollins Christian Publishing, and its headquarters is located just next to this former warehouse.

In June 2014, the Atlanta-based company Park 'N Fly has bought the former warehouse for over $8.3 million and converted it into a luxury indoor valet parking garage for the travelers to nearby Nashvile International Airport. The parking facility was opened on February 2, 2015.
