3-story Greek-revival mercantile building completed around 1850. It has a modern glass storefront, and the 3-bay facade is painted red, with a deeply recessed entrance to the residential areas. The window sills, cornices, fire escape, and roof cornice are all painted black. The ground floor is occupied by The Madelyn restaurant, with the raised basement housing Zinc bar.
