222-foot, 20-story modernist hotel completed in 2009. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is set far back from the street. Four bays wide, the facade is clad in red brick and silver metal panels. Each bay has a double-window in black metal frames - the exceptions being the larger windows that are framed in projecting silver metal panels. These bays zig-zag up the facade, starting at the east bay on the 2nd floor, and moving up and over one bay each time to the west bay on the 4th floor, then repeating the pattern up to the top. The ground floor is silver metal and glass, with the entrance at the right, and a peaked metal-and-glass canopy extending out over the small front courtyard to the sidewalk. There are red brick sidewalls framing the courtyard, with white stone copings.
