6-story residential building completed in 1999. Designed by Simon Foulandian, the ground floor is pre-cast concrete with a cornice. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with two narrow concrete piers running up the facade, and joining in a segmental-arch above the 6th floor center window. Each floor has a wide, 3-paned window in the center, and a single window on either side, all with stone sills. There are air conditioning vents below each of the center windows. The roof line has a brick parapet with concrete corbels and a stone coping on top. The ground floor is occupied by Mieko Mintz boutique.
