6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1905, it is the southernmost of three buildings all completed at the same time, with nearly identical designs by Maximilian Zipkes. The ground floor, clad in white stone, has been recently renovated. The upper floors are clad in tan brick, with windows of varying widths. The 2nd floor windows have elaborate stone enframements with scrolled keystones at the top. Those on the 3rd floor are round-arched, with stone headers featuring scrolled keystones. On the 4th & 5th floors, the windows are square-headed, with splayed lintels and keystones, and above a stone band course, the top floor windows are round-arched with stone headers and scrolled keystones. There are horizontal brick bands across the 3rd-5th floors. A projecting black roof cornice with brackets crowns the buildings, and a fire escape with ornate wrought-iron railings runs down the right side of the facade.
