4-story residential building completed in 1927, after the extension of Seventh Avenue. Designed by Salvatore P. Patti, it is clad in an interesting pattern of dark red and tan brickwork. The 2-story extension on the north side was added in 1937. The ground floor is occupied by Caliente Cab Company Mexican restaurant.
