5-story residential building originally completed in 1886. Robert LaVelle designed the new facade that was built in 1927 when 7th Avenue was extended, cutting off the building's original northwest corner. It is clad in dark red brick with stone sills and lintels. The top floor windows have stone enframements, and there is a paneled roof parapet with crenelations and star-shaped ornaments. A pair of red metal fire escapes run down the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Orchid Art Gallery, 7th Heaven Salon, and Gifted Coffee & Card Shop.
