6-story residential building completed in 1998. Designed by George Schwartz. The irregular-shaped lot was caused by the extension of Seventh Avenue South. The building is clad in brown brick, with paired windows grouped into 2-floor sections separated by black metal spandrels. There are air conditioning vents below one window in each group. There are also much smaller, square bathroom windows. The metal railing runs along the roof line. There are two projecting metal balconies on each side wall, overhanging 1-story retail extensions. The building's ground floor is occupied by Rafele Ristorante, Ido Sushi, Pet Central NYC, and Edible Arrangements.
