6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1902. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it is clad in red brick above a variegated brick ground floor. Quoined frames surround the windows on the 2nd floor, and line the edges of floors 3-5. A criss-cross pattern of white brick runs across the top of the 2nd floor, and a small stone cornice tops the 5th. The windows of the 3rd-5th floors have splayed stone lintels with scrolled keystones, and the top floor has horizontal stone banding. The building is crowned by a bracketed black metal roof cornice, and a black iron fire escape with basket-style landings runs down the center of the facade.
