5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1889. Designed by Chas Stegmayer, it is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement. The doorway and flanking windows have bracketed cornices. There are carved terra-cotta panels between the doorway and each window. Five additional brackets support the base of the fire escape. The 3rd-floor windows have stone cornices, and the 4th floor has round-arches with seashell fans above the windows. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with paired brackets.
