228-foot, 21-story contemporary-modern residential building completed in 2007. Designed by GreenbergFarrow, it is a blue- and green-glass, Mondrian-inspired design. It was the first Manhattan building by mega-developers Toll Brothers. The building has a façade with alternating light and dark panels that give it a random fenestration pattern.

There is a setback on the east façade facing the avenue, above the 15th floor. There are bands of projecting balconies with glass railings extending from the east end of the north facade on the 8th-16th floors, above the setback on the north half of the east facade, and at the south half of the west facade from the 16th-21st floors.

The main entrance has glass double-doors and sidelights in a black stone wall, which also has a narrow window to the left. There are two storefronts to the south, occupied by Starlight Convenience, and Matto Espresso, and another to the north occupied by a Bank of America branch. The building contains 77 condominium units.
