6-story residential building completed in 1926. Designed by Charles B. Meyers, it is clad in variegated dark red brick. The ground floor has three round-arched entrances with two storefronts. The windows have brick sills; the two end bays are slightly wider than the four center windows. The building is topped by a stone cornice with a brick parapet above; two cut-out stone balustrades break the parapet above the outer bays. A red metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Lock-It Hardware and Waverly Apartment Services.
